As a user what are the top features that you will like to have in your hosting package?

Basically I would like to have all the above mentioned features in my hosting package as every one of these is the key to a successful host. You need all the features to be backed up by good support. Uptime is important too, uptime ensures that the customers are happy and satisfied with the service. :)
