My Hosting or My Website ! Very Slow !

I use my open source ( I tune effect ) for my flash banner. But when It's work it made the website very slowly .Do you know about this effect ? And Do you think my hosting is problem ?

I believe that is right time to change your web hosting provider

You can check website load time thru load time checker tool but if load time is more then you should reduce size of web page or change hosting. It would be good for you.

The site loaded fairly fast to me. There were aspects that kept loading while scrolling down the page. Personally, I would reduce the page length.

I would look at the size of the flash file. If it is fairly large, it will take time to load. If the flash developer did a good job, they should have a loading status so people are aware of what is going on.
