Payment and activating
Payment available only with paypal. You need to have identical paypal account informations as your ordering informations, otherwise we will reject your account without refunding! All new orders are subject to approval by our billing department and may require additional details to process your order. Accounts are ready within 24 hours once approved by the billing department. Q: Why your domain ID is protected and is your domain verified?
A: We provide to any of our domains free domain privacy, so as we added it to our domain as well. All of our domains are registered through our registar account (Registration Service Provided By: PROARTHOST)

Q: Do you provide any telephone support?
A: We do have our phone public as you can see from whois informations, but we will never put it on our website. As you will need telephone support, you will be able to check for telephone number over whois and you can call within our open hours.

Q: Do you provide 24 hours support to your clients?
A: As we are still humans, we have our open hours from 10.00 – 22.00 GMT +1 over telephone (sms/call), 24/7 ticket system with answer of 10 minutes - 8 hours (depends on time in your/our country) and our live chat which we do not use in our full open time.

Q: By all of that, why should I choose you as my website hosting provider?
A: We are honest. If we can not provide 24/7 support, we will let you know. If there is any way that we will not be able to help you with your account, we will find a solution to do that, as we work with many other companies regarding to hosting or webdesign solutions.
