Excellent site, keep up the good work. I read a lot of forums on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your forum. Thanks

I have found ESET NOD 32, business edition to be good spyware. The person who does my "fixit" jobs on my computer suggested it

Stopping spyware (“malware”) is more than a one-time inoculation, folks. This is about a weekly habit of cleaning "nasty dust bunnies" from your personal computer. In much the same way you clean your home with your favorite broom and your favorite cleaning solvents, you will also need good tools to clean spyware out of your PC.

I agree with Zik. There are many good ones out there, but it also has a lot to do with keeping your computer safe, updated and to make sure that your browser plugins/security is up to date as well. Beware of some really bad spyware programs that are fakes. Malwarebytes, SpyBot, Spyware Doctor...those are the main ones that most people trust. I also recommend Kaspersky. It can slow down internet speeds depending on how you have it set up, but it's been a saint for me.

I would suggest you to go with Comodo Antmalware and antipyware BOClean (http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/anti-malware.php), it performs a constant watch on PC memory, file system, and registry, waiting for a signal that malware has invaded. Upon first detection, it removes the sneaky file or application.

Firstly, you can use a spyware scanner. These are applications that will be able to not only detect
spyware but also remove it. Some of the best ones include Ad-aware and Spybot. Most of these spyware scanners and spyware removal applications are free of charge. They also all work similarly to virus detection applications, in the sense that they can detect the presence of spyware before it is actually on your computer. So it is good to have these types of applications, not only for spyware removal, but also for spyware detection.

Hello

Use Advanced System Protector, which is a good spyware removal software and an effective solution to find and remove malware infections present on your computer system. It also provides protection shields against malware threats. It is extremely light on system resources, that's why, It is much better then any other antivirus.

Here are my favorite free spyware removal tools. These are the spyware removal tools that I myself have tested out, and best of all, they are all free.
Spybot: Spybot runs a check on your entire system for malicious malware, spyware, adware, and bots; then, it destroys them. For best results (and to keep your system spyware-free), I recommend Spybot about once a week.
Ad-Aware: I've used Ad-Aware for years, and it's a great tool. All you do is pick the depth of your system scan and go. Personally, I do a deep system scan about once ever two weeks, and a lighter scan about once a week.
