I'm past member of Incognito Networks, our company has lost big money because of Incognito Networks' lost of our clients' database. This company suddenly transferring all of their hosting accounts to a new server and they simply just lost all of our web database and so on.. When we negotiation on the compensation, Incognito Networks has very bad attitude and they said they couldn't compensat to what we've asked but with only few months webhosting free, if we dont like it, we can leave, that's their attititude to their customers!!
Anyway, I never seen any web hosting company whom has lots of downtimes, unstable server all the times, very slow customers support and VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!!! We here to warn people to be aware this company and before you join them, you better think first!!!! Dont be like us... They simply not worth of money for web hosting!!
