Does anyone know how to find the owner that has a domain with Ownership Protection?
Some one told me that he found something like this because in the time between registration and enabling the protection ownership the details are available and records are being made.

I think that you should look for more names to choose from. I know that Eurodns.com is providing reliable domain registration with various features, you should contact support to get more info on them.

There isnt a way to do it without a court order and you have to contact the registrar with the court order to gain that information. Beyond that there is no way to gain that information. Thats the reason for domain ownership protection.

Yea, there is no way to disclose the domain information which has been protected even you write-in to the domain registrar.

I also agree with all points there is no way to get protected Domain information, you have to take legal permissions and show valid reasons why you wanna to disclose these information..

Did you mean ID protection while it sound like the ownership detail protection that you mean .
Mostly is a add value service when you purchase a domain name and you can get it easily below $5.

Yes I was referring to whois. How do you pass by it and see what it protects?

It is necessary to seek legal permissions so as to gain the advantage of protected domain information. It is necessary to exhibit valid reasons as to why you need not make information public.

There is no that anyone can get information from the protected Domain I can agree with this. You have to give some valid reasons and get legal permission to get such information disclosed.

Without a court order to do this, you must contact the registration of the court order to obtain the information. In addition, there is no way to get the information. This is the domain ownership protection reasons.

You can't find out the owner of a whois protected domain name unless you have a valid court order. You can find details for a whois not protected domain name by having a whois lookup at http://www.whoisxy.com/ . This may help you.
