What to do with established domain?

I have a nice domain name which I was using for a forum last year. Since the forum died and it's populated by bots nowadays, I've just set up a 301 to another site for now. I was wondering if there was any other use I could get out of it?

Yes, some people do hold the domain and sell it with a price. You can do so if you would like to. If your domain is a nice name, the domain registrar will hold your domain and sell in a higher price also.

You can keep the domain if you still like the domain name very much. Maybe you can use it for a new site in future?
