www.yourdomain.com:2082 for the cPanel. -2086 for WHMCS.

Moreover, I believe that wikipedia can be much better source to find all needed information.

When you registered the domain name the hosting provider will give the control panel access, if they didn't give it on that time, ask them they will give the login details to access your control panel.

If you are using cPanel then
For secured cPanel login https://www.yourdomain.com:2083/
For unsecured cPanel login http://www.yourdomain.com:2082/

If you are using Plesk then
For secured Plesk login https://www.yourdomain.com:8443/
For unsecured Plesk login http://www.yourdomain.com:8880/

Here Secured means you have installed a SSL certificate on your domain and Unsecured means SSL is not installed on domain name.
