Hi, I'd like to anonymously host the Nuremburg Files (http://cse.stanford.edu/classes/cs201/projects/nuremberg-files/background.html), which were shut down in the US after a civil lawsuit awarded damages. Can anyone suggest an offshore provider?

Everywhere I go I see ToU and AuG's that sternly warn against content that's mean or encourages violence. Strikes me as pretty gay. The Founding Fathers encouraged lots of violence. How serious are providers about those clauses, or are they just playing CYA.
Still, the civil damages alone will force me offshore.
