what is sitemap error and its disadvantage ?

It depends actually what error (Webmsater Tools) you are getting if submitted.

Try to make and submit new sitemap through xml-sitemaps[dot]com or through Xenu Link Software

Its obvious and beneficial to correct the sitemap error which will help to crawl your website regularly or else your site may not be crawled properly.

Error in itself imparts disadvantage. Sitemap errors (what I feel) can be problematic for the users since it will hinder spiders from complete crawling and indexing of your website and eventually ranking as well.
