Hi leedavo,

Are you planning to advertise your site using them?
I would recommend google adword or overture, the bigger company for more reliability.

It all depends on what your site is about and your target audience.

What type of site is it?

Avoid small advertising companies as a general rule. Most will take your $$$ and give you nothing (or at least very little in return). Advertising on large search engine systems (yahoo, google, etc.) could work out better for you. I'm not saying anything about any of the companies you listed (I've never worked with them) but just giving my opinion in general.

You can start with AdWords, and once you have some experience you can try small PPC search engines too. Some of the small PPC engines can be really good if you now what you are doing...

In my opinion all of those traffic places are worthless. What is the point in having a million people visit yuor website, if they are only going through a loop to get credits. They have no intention of buying anything, so it's just a waste of your bandwidth.
You should focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) more then those rediculous traffic sites.

I agree using adwords and Overture is a good starting point and you should look to have your Paid activity compliment your SEO.

PPC is good idea and monetize your ads and camping with good ads rank will reduce the CPC
