I'd say that the risk is more about the orders that you accept / effectiveness of any fraud filtering you do.

PayPal is probably a bit different to most other payment gateways, but generally speaking the fraud levels will be similar - only difference will be in their procedures for handling chargebacks (not whether they occur) and what anti-fraud technologies they use/offer you to help prevent it in the first place.

2co is very good, and so far we haven't encountered any problems with them, its very easy to use and the best part is you will only have to pay them when you make a sale other wise no cost involve. And there's another one we're using which is very good itz called moneybookers.com i think this maybe the cheapest out of all. And its supports all the countries in the world :D

But anyway I had to agree that yes 2CO is one of the best.
