I’m on hold with IPower as i type this and am being told that my client's mailserver is down, has been down for some time and is apparently going to be down for a while - "they're working on it".
i've experienced lots of webhosts and most of them had the wherewithal and concern to notify their customers when a server was going to be down two ways, a "server status" webpage and an email stating this issue.
i asked the tech support who just told me that my client's email is going to be down for a while (it's been down since last night) and he stated, and i quote, "unforunately they don't provide that service",
thus goes the ongoing SAGA of IPower ineptitude.
be afraid. be very afraid.
