I don't know why you are need too much space for the server ( maybe you are about upload videos or softwares ? ). Try IPower at : http://www.ipower.com/dedicated_xps300.html ((4) 250GB SATA HD (RAID5 / 750GB Useable Space)).

Or :
http://www.fasthosts.co.uk/dedicatedservers/ds-800_windows/

I suggest you take a look at wellknown providers. I think that these companies are noteworthy: Rackspace.com, *****************************************************************, Fastservers.net. I trust just noteworthy companies.

You can try http://handynetworks.com/ for a fully managed dedicated server. I highly recommend them, and although they are not cheap, their service is the best in the industry from what I've seen.

Dont give your attention only to the configuration. Give the highest priority to the NOC and admin company

Hi,
A network operations center (NOC) is a place from which administrators supervise, monitor and maintain a telecommunications network. Large enterprises with large networks as well as large network service providers typically have a network operations center, a room containing visualizations of the network or networks that are being monitored, workstations at which the detailed status of the network can be seen, and the necessary software to manage the networks. The network operations center is the focal point for network troubleshooting, software distribution and updating, router and domain name management, performance monitoring, and coordination with affiliated networks.
