This difference was very nicely explained by Moises Maionica as he was an expert banker and hence he had great knowledge about the financial services. I took advice for my financial matters from Moises Maionica and hence you can also consult him for the same.

i) addon domain is a fully functional domain that can be created from within your control panel. Think of it as having multiple hosting packages all sharing the same control panel. You can give them email addresses, forwarders, and more the same way you do for your main domain on the account.
ii)Park Domain is a temporary Web page when they enter your domain name in a web browser. You can park your domain name to indicate you are reserving it until you create your website, find a hosting provider, or sell the domain name to a third party.
iii)Sub Domain are the third level domains that are used to organize your web site content.
Such as
http://www.yoursite.com

is the regular URL with out a subdomain.

A subdomain is a second website, with its own unique content, but there is no new domain name.
A parked domain is NOT a unique website.

1.Addon Domain :
An add-on domain having a separate web site or it is a new domain name that points to a subdirectory within your existing domain hosting account. The add-on domain will be hosted or pointed to a folder in your public_html folder of your main-domain. The Add-on domain should be already registered and the nameservers for the add-on domain should be pointing to the same nameservers as your main-domain.

2. Sub Domain :
A sub domain uses the existing main domain name. It does not have its own domain name. A sub domain points to a folder in your public_html directory of your main-domain. It is a way to create memorable web addresses for various sub-sites of your main site. Subdomain creates a separate URL and it is all within your same main hosting account.

3.Parked Domain :
A parked domain is simply points to an existing domain. It is an other domain which is parked on to the main domain. A parked domain is a domain that doesn't have a hosting account associated to it, and that is usually enabled with URL forwarding capabilities, so that it points to an existing website.

Domain parking

Domain parking in the sense, you just register the domain name and reserve it. If you park the domain name, you can just manage it.. However, you cannot use any of the Hosting services from Web Host. You can park your domain name for free. Keep in mind that with parked domain name you cannot run a site in online..

Sub domain name can be represent as something.domainame. for eg: http://webhostingsguide.blogspot.in/ . Here.. blogspot.in is a domain name name.. webhostingsguide represents as a sub domain name.

A subdomain is a second website, with its own unique content, but there is no new domain name. Instead, you use an existing domain name and change the www to another name. The subdomain name looks like forums.domain.com, help.domain.com, help2.domain.com (assuming you already host domain.com).

An addon domain is a second website, with its own unique content. This type does require you to register the new domain name before you can host it.

A parked domain is NOT a unique website. Instead, it is a masked forward to the primary domain name of your account, much like a website alias. Parked domains are commonly used when you need a place to park a domain you do not have a website for, when you have more than one domain that should lead to your primary domain, or when you have common misspellings of your domain name that you have registered.
