I'm looking for a hosting (not American one)
that hosts warez sites or sites containing
links to illegal materials.

My website has been suspended because of linking to
download movies and Microsoft applications.

I don't store the materials on my site.
I only link to other sites.

I prefer a hosting located in China,Russia ,or Hong Kong.

Im really not sure you can get this sort of hosting, try looking for web hosts in china. You may find a nice supplyer.

My doubt is why you still have the Link in your site?because many hosters not allow warez..You said your sites are not having any warez so better go with good links.

That isn`t good point of view. However as it was before, Russia, China (the mother of most recent cybercrimes) doesn`t had exact laws against hosting of such kind of material.

Why don't do the search for the companies on the russian forums? I believe there you will be able to find plenty of information
