Like the Canuk, I've had a horrible experience with iPowerWeb. I used their server as a backup for some files - including 3 years of my son's baby pictures.
My website got shut down for an alleged DMCA infringement. While the content in question was a fair-use quotation including citation, I was willing to pull it to get my site back up. Fast forward through an unresolved BBB case and $100 in hosting renewal fees later.
In a nutshell, avoid this company at all costs.
