Naming, Keywords, description
I am trying to create a website the organic way. I have been using a site called
submit express I believe and it tells my that my keywords, description, and title are 85% relevant or better. The question I can't find the answer for is when I name pages within my site should they be relevant?

Ex:http://firediv.com/Jordan%20Essentials%20home%20parties.htm
or
http bestjerkydirecttoyou.firediv.com/

If I put spaces in the file name it puts in %20 when the file is uploaded. Is the %20 like a wild card?
In other words if some were to search for jordan essentials home parties or a variance of it will I get the hit?
Or am I better off cramming the words together as in the second address?
