Same description for web directory submission and social bookmarking ?

Hello everyone,

I am in a bit confusion. I have made a description of 200 words based on keyword for web directory submission. I used 5 to 10 keywords as title and have written upon it separate descriptions for each title(keyword). Now i am in a confusion that can i post all the description on social bookmarking sites as social bookmarking submission ? Would it be spam or not ?

According to seo rules, Meta description should be 164 words. if you submit directory submission or social bookmarking,it would be same as your website.
