Do not buy from this company fraudster purchased 10 days ago and did not receive any service company theft and fraud
THE COPANY IS VERY GOOOD SUPPORT BEFOR YOU PAID BUT AFTER THAT NO SUPPOT NO HOSTING NO RESELLER NO NO NO JUST HELP CENTER JUST SMALL PHP SCRIPT .
Every day sent more than 5 e-mail

I Contacted today TO servicing bank and asked customers the cancellation of the procurement process and this is the best solution to end the deal with this company. I WANT RESELLER ACCOUNT PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE BEST THANKS FOR ALL

Someone else with problems? Looks like a company to avoid.. domains should become live within 24-72 hours once registered normally its within the 24 hour mark if your talking days and days with no support that is not good.

I hope you both get things resolved keep us posted :)

Yes, Colo-UK is right. Domains do not come alive instantly.

Always before getting into a deal with any online company one should check everything that particular company and also try to get in touch with their existing or past customers which would help them to decide whether to deal with the company or not.

I always look for at least 30 day money back guarantee when buying online services. This way if you are not happy, you can leave and get a refund. I've heard of some companies which do not honor their money back guarantees, so be careful.

What a horrible experience, I hope this ends up working out for you.

If they continue to not respond I would recommend a chargeback on your credit card. I hate saying that, but it is sometimes the only option.

They do have a toll free number on their company page but its not for support use :( Take note: When looking for a reliable web host always look for the support number first or maby a live chat. Then look for a money back guarantee. Also sometimes make sure their support page is integraded into their website. It lets customers know that they atleast spent some time and care on their web design. If they care about themselves and their image, then most likely they will care about you.
