Web design templates in photoshop?

I am starting my own web page company and I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to make QUALITY photoshop free templates for maybe $50 a piece. Just the template. If you do please send me an let me know what kinds of things you can do. flash, macromedia etc. and send me some that you have done!

If you are good in photoshop then go with this. Flash is also helpful.
