hello there,

i am in trouble with 2mhost. 1 week ago suddenly they send me ticket response that says they will not renew my accounts.

probably a discussion with support team caused it. there was 1 site of my city planning firm and 4 site for our non government organisations sites about city planning.

i ve asked for domain account user name and passwords that i ve bought from them. there is no reply and they suddenliy cancelled all of my accounts before i transfer my sites. : fire : : fire : : fire :

so please help me how can i get my domains account username and password.

and i wondered that is tehere anywhere else that i can tell my story to another people like "toplists" etc.

Hi,

I do not know if posting such issues will help any one ... but as we (2mhost) answered before, you are not paid user, your account expired 11/1/2004, and we do not do support for unpaid users, I hope this looks logic, although we sell hosting for $1.5/mo but we still not offer free web hosting.

ozcanb you need to renew your hosting accounts with them and then I am sure they will be glad to assist. It is not reasonable to expect free service. Some hosting companies back up expired hosting account sites before cancelling them for non payment of renewal. At 1PlanHost.com we suspend accounts after 7 days past due and cancel the account after 30 days. A customer can request the site files up to the 30th day during suspension but not after since we delete them after 30 days.

Just pay the $1.5/month and keep your account there if you like the service.
If not, look for free asp host, but don't expect much from free providers.
