Host Color (http://www.hostcolor.com), a global web hosting provider, announced today it has added MODx, an Ajax based CMS to its web hosting services. The CMS is now part of "PowerTools", company’s branded website service package which includes 20 useful software applications. The web host’s customers can activate any of them with a single click in their hosting control panel.
MODx is an open source based content management system (CMS) which allows site owners to organize and control their online content with convenience. Developers say that MODx is “100% buzzword compliant and makes child’s play of building content managed sites with validating, accessible CSS layouts - hence Ajax CMS".
"We’ve added MODx to hosting plans because it is a truly great tool. Using this CSM anyone can build elegant and functional Web 2.0 site. If you’re a CSS web designer or Ajax addicted developer this is the right CMS for you”, says Marketing director of Host Color Alexander Avramov.
He’s company has recently launched money-savings campaign on shared hosting. Host Color added 6 free service months to Multi Domain and Business web hosting plans. Alongside with extended contracts at no additional charge, the web host’s customers can get complimentary product - SSL certificate.
Business and Multi Domain plans include MODx and allow their customers to host multiple websites.
