I am considering that if I would have trouble with my domain, how do I solve with this? Because there are many company providing domain in my country.

Hm, I think you should elaborate a little what exactly you mean by "license for domain".

Generally the domains don't need a license - once a domain is registered for you, you gain ownership of it and you can use it as per your needs. Most providers provide you with a domain panel, where you can easily manage all aspects of the domain details. So as long as you renew the domain, it will remain yours for as long as you wish.
