dedi server russia/sweden gret bandwidth

i'm looking in for a vps (preferred) or a dedi server with these requirements:

hardware:whatever
bandwidth: >2000Go
location: Sweden highly preferred, Russia possible
100Mbps up and down (10Mbps is not possible for instance)
good uptime (99,9%)

price: depends on the hardware, but i'll go up to ~150$ max for a really good hardware

You need VPS not dedicated server. In Russia you will need to pay for the bandwidth extrafees because I believe you will have foreign visitors. Sweeden must be better.

I have been searching a while now for a dedicated server in the same region. At the moment i think i will go with a company called www.custhost.se, they are new though so im not sure.

There are some others in Sweden, like ipeer and glesys but none of them even have an english site.

I think you need a dedicated server, NOT VPS. If your bandwidth requirements are like 2000 GB, most likely you will have a heavy load. Also the port will be shared by 10-20 other people on your server, in case of VPS. So you will not get any advantage of a 100 mbps port.
