Open the Trash Bin icon on your desktop, and you can see all the deleted files there. Step 2. Find the files you want to recover, drag them to the desktop. Or right-click on them and select the "put back" option to recover deleted files on Mac from the Trash.

There are a few ways that you can go about recovering lost data. One way is to try and use a data recovery program. These programs are designed to scan your hard drive and attempt to recover any lost or deleted files. Another way to go about recovering lost data is to contact a professional data recovery service(https://www.dataclinic.co.uk/hard-drive-data-recovery/). These services specialize in recovering lost data and can often recover files that you may not be able to with a recovery program. Finally, if you have a backup of your data, you can restore your lost data from your backup. This is the best way to ensure that you don't lose any important files or data.

If you have Windows installed as the second operating system, you can use alternative software. For example, Partition Recovery (https://www.diskinternals.com/partition-recovery/) is a powerful utility that helps to recover any type of file.

I''d recommend Disk Drill. It's a great data recovery app that's simple to use and instantly recovers your files right after deletion.

Use Outlook's "Clean Up" feature to remove duplicates based on certain criteria.
Manually identify and delete duplicate items by sorting and reviewing the items in Outlook.
Consider using a third-party duplicate removal tool for more advanced and automated options. Remember to back up your PST file before proceeding.

Back up is always a good idea, but of course there is not always enough time to do it. I simply forget to do backups and after regret about that of course. This time i will check some software from this article https://www.insanelymac.com/blog/best-mac-data-recovery-software/ , cause there are couple of valuable files which are not anymore on my macbook for some reason.
