Depends on your layout. What kind of web site are you looking to create?

My question is the same as serverpoint, What kind of web site are you looking to create? Is it just a simple article site or any service provider?

I personally like a combination of both Divs and Tables. :)

According to me it doesn't take any matter that website is with table or tableless. you can choose according to need of the web page. to create table less website just need to use <div> and css.

Well, getting a website designed as table-less or with table, as others have said depends on the kind of site you want to develop. Adding to it, I think a table-less site would be better because it creates a simple and easy look that would not confuse the visitor.

I can code web pages completely in tableless layout but that doesn't mean tableless layout is superior than table layout. Look at what Google is using for its own web pages. It's all tables. ;)

It purely depends on the nature of the website u r going to create Static or Dynamic.

Static website can be created using the concept of "Table less website" means creating using <DIV> tags purely.

Dynamic website cannot be created using the concept of "tableless" as there are limitations while posting or retrieving data from server and then to display the data on webpage of a website...but we can try to use less tables as much as we can.

Table less website are light weight so easy to render, no hierarchy of <tr>
and <td> easy to manage, and also takes less time in downloading...

You can development a site using div tags. I, though, prefer using tables and/or nested tables as it seems to give me much better flaxibility/control across the Internet. Not every browser places div tags the same.

Google ranks a website mainly for its incoming links, especially when these have good link anchor texts. MSN places more importance on keywords and content, especially on page content, but doesn't ignore incoming links either.

You can make your website with table or table less. It depends on the owner’s preference. Table less site looks very simple and it is also user friendly.

The div tags are used to develop the site. The tables are easier to get to the traffic easy. The nested tables give more flexibility and control to the users. The browsers does not give the div tags proper placement.

It primarily depends upon the type of website you contemplate to develop. Do you require a simple article website or a website that offer specific services?

Opting for a table-less or table website depends upon the type of website you contemplate to develop. A table-less website is a better choice since it imparts an uncluttered look.

A website created by including tables or without tables depends on the type of website you are going to create. I think a website which wont have a table will look better. It will be simple and easy to create. Simple websites will be always user friendly.
