According to me only 3 cloud technologies which is leading in cloud crm industries now a days:

AWS is the better technology as it's a market leader in providing IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) as per the Gartner 2016 report. AWS provides n number of features for the organization and you can kick start on AWS techconolgy by signup and use most of the services for free for 1 year.

Salesforce is a SaaS (Software as a Service) model on which you can get the ready made software for use and you pay for the service u r consuming. Salesforce CRM (https://www.janbask.com/salesforce-crm-implementation/) host their servers on AWS cloud (https://www.janbask.com/amazon-web-services/)and it selected AWS as a Partner in Public Cloud Provider.

Azure is going to be able to cover all of those broad categories, which it will call Compute, Data Management (which includes database) and Performance, and Networking. Azure also has a number of services and integrations for in-depth monitoring and alerting on infrastructure performance metrics and logs.
