All abuses are dealt with under the law of Russian Federation.

1. 2 IP addresses from different class C subnetworks.
2. ISPmanager Lite licenced panel for free.
3. IPkvm on demand (permanent kvm at dedicated servers with E5 processors).
4. Round-the-clock technical support 24/7, reboot within 10 minutes.
5. Defective parts replacement within 15 minutes, replacement server issuance within 45 minutes.
6. Initial operating system installation and re-install if needed.
7. Interaction on BGP or customer’s IP addresses network announcement.

Addicational service:

1. Additional HDD or any hardware — as agreed;
2. OS Windows server 2008/2012 licensed — $10;
3. Additional IPv4 address — $1;
4. ISPmanager Pro panel and other software — as agreed.
