You do not need to do any setting in IIS to point your domain to google MX records. All you need to do is change MX records from hosting control panel. (if you are not using DNS services).

Are you receiving any sort of error messages?

Hello,

Check the DNS record whether you have applied the correct settings for Google Apps. The mx record has a specific range of priority and you need to set the same. If everything is proper then you need to contact google regarding this.

Thank you.

I am faced with a similar situation. I have a domain from godaddy that i need to point towards my private name servers outside godaddy, but i cant find the option to include my ns ips. I would appreciate if anybody knows how to do this?

Do you use any sort of control panel to manage your domains?
