Did any of you guys used them? They are new. I just started to use them (for more than 6 months now) and for me they are superb. The best in the market. But i have a feeling that it is only me who is using their service lol. What do you think?

I don’t remember the exact date but I had a good conversation with their representative couple of years ago. Since then, I haven’t seen them active on forums, though it doesn’t matter. You better share your good experience with them as well so it will motivate their tech-support guys. Remember; always maintain your own backups for the additional security.

Exactly. I don't want to switch. But its not a popular one. That is why i was wondering that how come it is not a popular one. Their service was clearly portraying that they should be a top one.

Part of the problem is thousands of hosting companies fighting for first place. Some companies have the big budget to promote their services and some companies don’t have that much. It is kind of a usual scenario in every business. Looking forward to see you around here.
