Nofollow Blog Commenting Sites

I want to know the blog commenting sites which are using nofollow links. I have seen in some blogs, they mentioned some add-ons (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nofollow/dfogidghaigoomjdeacndafapdijmiid?hl=en) to find the nofollow sites, I checked and found out the nofollow sites successfully, but I have received some black links from some of them, which are containing nofollow links. How is this possible? Or please guide me the right way to find the nofollow blog commenting sites.
