Under 512 pixels in width, generally 55 to 60 characters

Yes, Google read upto 60 characters in Meta Title tag.

I'm confused what have pixels got to do with Title tags? Titles tags are written in text and as deepakrajput says 60 characters, although I'd argue that you can go to 70 chars
