Wanna know what is KVM and IPMI? Please don't laugh at me,i'm just studying dears,thanks for your patience to teach.

Hello,

The easy way to explain would be to say KVM and IPMI are both technologies that allow you to connect remotely to a serveur and get a console "as if you had plugged a keyboard and a screen to the server".

(KVM) used to connects a keyboard, video display and mouse to multiple computers. It allows a user to control more than one computer using only one input/output device.
IPMI independently operates operating system to allow administrators to manage a system remotely in the absence of an operating system
