What is the average price of Cpanel License?
Allwebnow, for instance offers it for $35.00 per month.
Is it cheap?

You can get cheaper. I think I get mine for $15 or some thing like that

Think that you will make good decision to deal with allwebnow.com. The thing is that my colleague is running web sites with this company and he is really happy dealing with them. So, I think that the price doesn't really matter when you are looking for stable hosting and responsive support services. From the first site, I can say that this company offers low cost accounts with many features included.

Do the search for the resellers. As that was said you can have that cheaper

You may want to check out others also for cPanel. The pricing can be more competetive.

cPanel licenses usually run around $40 a month. You can get internal cpanel licenses from your datacenter for around $30+ a month.

A cPanel license can very depending on which hosting provider you choose. I have seen cPanel/WHM for $19/mo and also free on certain dedicated solutions from different providers. I am also sure that if you have your mind set on a specific company than you should perhaps see what deal they can offer you. I personally would say that if you are paying more than $20/mo for cPanel you are being over charged

Miguel is correct here. You will be able to find the one even cheaper with some resellers
