I think it's always best to look at online reviews. Obviously you can't be sure they're 100% accurate, but you get a general idea.

To be more free in china regioon you may get a server from santrex.net, who also have location there and host whatever you like, as these servers are offshore.

The chinese location is possible to get from santrex.net. This compay is an offshore host and has the row of advantages before the usual or local chinese hosts.

Don't use China server!
More and more Chinese had buy US server, because China server is too bad.
If you want to create a website at China server, you must submit your infomation to www.miibeian.gov.cn, waiting for more than 20 weekday.
for this, you must can read and write Chinese.

They dont look so bad. Their prices are pretty good and they are in China, you might want to ask them for a real quick trial though. :)
