How should a site be assessed to know whether it is successful as far as search engine rankings are concerned?

What is considered a good ranking?

Successful site is depends on the hits of your site, traffic of your website and pages are accessed. However, for the top ranking in search engines, you are not suppose to chage host (IP) everynow and then, it listed low ranking for your website.

Moreover, try to add more words to your website i.e. articles, daily latest news etc., so that it can be ranked high.

One more thing, you can exchange your website links with the other website exchange program whosoever support it.
