What's your budget?
I know that leaseweb is quite big and quite popular in Europe.
It is important to set a price you can pay! I think you can get good dedicated server from 150 - 200 euros or managed for less than 300 euros

That's a relatively healthy budget.
Do you know what spec of server you require or are you just trying to get the best for your budget. It might be wise to work out your dedicated server requirements first and then shop around so that you are not risking overspending.

I know a one - man company which is located in Europe, Netherlands. It's a quite new company, but with an superb customer support. They are also hosting game servers, web servers, dedicated servers. I would recommend it - www.serververhuur.com
well...Price is not an issue to bother, then the above suggested company is a nice option to consider. Their customer support is up to the mark, though I'm not pretty sure about their current support services, but I had a deal with them since one year back; and my experience had been wonderfully superb! And I'll highly recommend you in case you intend to run a hot business like MMORPG and looking for a 24/7 suppport.
