Panda update is more concerned with the content farms, One should create an unique content which is value added to the user rather than search engine in order to not get affected by the panda update.
It seems a new finding, Yes I was aware about the Google Panda updates but was according to me the this time Google has made tough for duplicate content publisher but this seems something new to me, will consider and make more research on it.
