No idea about the mentioned host. I have had very good experience of wordpress hosting with Scopehosts and bluehost. You can try out with these hosts.
I don't have any idea about this. But the website doesn't look much appealing. I think you should not go for such. I have checked various forums too but not much user review are available there.
I don't find this website is reliable and so I would recommend hostgator, fastcomet, 1and1, godaddy.
