What do you think bulding backlink on wiki site useful as .gov and .edu site?

Creating wiki page is itself a powerful approach to drive traffic on your site but remember that Wiki doesn't allows you to link unnecessary external links on pages. So looking wiki page for link-building is a bad idea.
