I would recommend you to subscribe the dedicated server for the video streaming, There you will get dedicated resources and root access. If you are looking for VPS there you will be having limited root access and enough resources so Have a look on the scopehosts dedicated servers and VPS hosting services. You can go with VPS or dedicated servers which is reasonable for you.
I need a vps or a semi-dedi that allows video encoding. I want KVM so I can install windows on it.
