A record & CNAME not supported by domain registrar. Need workaround

Hello folks,
I have a domain name which has been purchased from PKNIC with ".PK" extension.
I want to link it to my shopify store and their requirement is to configure "A record" and "CNAME" record in domain administration.
On PKNIC administration dashboard, I didn't find the option to configure it.

Upon contacting the PKNIC support, they told that they do not support "A record" and "CNAME". Though they provide "A Glue" records and we can create a name server entry and use it. But shopify does not support it.

Transferring a domain to another registrar is not a option.

Is there a workaround for this?
