Choose the title which is relevant to your website. Title should contain below 65 characters. Use the best targeted keyword in the beginning of the title. Write a unique and quality description for each page with the use of targeted keywords for a set of 170 characters.

Title is more important then description.It should be 60 to 70 char and description should be 160 character.
The title you choose should be relevant to the description you write. See whether the keywords are repeated at the right place.
Meta Title
a)Try to use your important keywords in the 1st 3 words in the sentences. It will be better weight for those keywords.
b) Always use your keyword(s) in the title and aim for a keyword density of 20-35%
Meta Description
a)The description should optimally be between 150-160 characters.
b)Use at least one of your keywords near the beginning of the description
