Its true a lot of companies are like that, Not all though. A host should ensure that all the files are fully operational and in the right place, The customer shouldn't be left hanging on regardless...

Customer Support, Should be the top priority for everyone in the business, Without it your know where, "You get what you pay for" and customer support is one of them, You pay peanuts you get 48 hour...

From there site i see:
AIM Screen Name = LowBudgetSupport
Yahoo Screen Name = LowBudgetHost
Try adding them you may have some luck.
If not im not too sure what you can do :confused:

Personally i like www.godaddy.com i have a lot of domains with them, Remember after buying a domain you then need hosting for it!

Most hosts will be able to do that if you go ahead and contact them, You can learn from forums like this, You can post specifc quesions and you will get them answered, Dont be ashamed to...

I'm interested to see what people look for when searching for a web host, there's the basics like
-Data center
-Response times etc

But what other features & Qualities do you look for?
