These all are languages of the web-development and design. HTML and PHP mostly used in the combination. It will work on Linux erver. Aspx and ASP are Windows based programming languages.

HTML is web designing language. It is basic of all languages. You should know HTML if you would like to start the web development and web design. PHP is most recommended among all the languages.

Web developers, sometimes called programmers, take the design created and build a fully functioning website. To put it (very) simply, think of the design as a non-interactive “picture” of a website. Developers take that design and break it up into it's components.
