    Its depends on where you are going to market , i think as a whole its very over saturated and you will compete with companies you cannot compete with service wise , forcing you to sell lower , which lessens any profit and may not even work as the sheer size of bigger companies allow them to sell hosting for very cheap and still make profit.

    Definitely a tough industry however nothing is impossible

    I feel that all sectors are competitive nowadays. Why fear the competition? Although there is huge competition in current world, everyone has their share of success. Do your work well and ignore the competition

    Its a great idea, but there is huge competition in this domain. So you need to have something different to offer.
