The "Disallow"in robots.txt file tells about that is should not visit any of th pages on the site. It considers to ignore the robot.txt especially for the malware robot that can easily scan the web for security vulnerabilities. It is the public file that anyone can see what section of our server we do not want to be get used by robots.
