If your website is built in WordPress or in other CMS so you can use the anti-spam plugin to get rid of spam comments.

You can set up your commenting system of your blog, set into moderation system, so you can choose which comment that will appear on your blog. I am sure that the spammer just want to get backlink from your blog. In SEO this is not good to let your blog surrounded by spammer

To enable Akismet on your WordPress blog, go to the Plugins panel and activate the Plugin. You will be prompted to get an API key from Akismet.com after you sign up for a payment plan. After Akismet is activated, you'll see a menu added to the Comments Panel that holds a list of "caught" comment spam.
