    1st u hv to find those toxic links, Which can harm your site then you can manually remove them by requesting the site owner it will take some time or may be not possible 100% other best thing is disavow links through Google webmaster tool.

    Find the toxic links by using third-party apps like Ahref, SEMrush or SEOprofiler and make the list of that toxic links and make a request to disavow those links.
